Biography
Delaney Shank is a 2023 graduate of Molloy University. She holds a combined Bachelors/Masters Degree in Adolescent English Education and TESOL. She currently works at Baldwin Middle School and teaches 7th and 8th grade English Language Arts. She supports the ENL population in her classes, and values making education equitable, accessible, and joyful for all her students. She is also a current member of the Molloy University Alumni Board, and was awarded the Recent Alumni Award in 2024. In addition, this past year she collaborated on the For Molloy By Molloy Planning Committee with her fellow alumni and former professors.
Alexis DiGiuseppe is a 2023 graduate of Molloy University. She currently works at Baldwin Middle School as a 7th grade Special Education teacher in the self contained and co teach settings. She also teaches a pre-academy called RIP The Runway. She serves on Baldwin Middle School's Stamp It Forward and 8th Grade Awards Committees. While being a student at Molloy, she was involved in Molloy Student Government, Orientation Leader, Education Club Member, various honor societies, and a Peer Mentor for the First Year Studies Program. In addition, this past year she collaborated on the For Molloy By Molloy Planning Committee with her fellow alumni and former professors.

Puzzle Pieces: How to Find, Secure, and Succeed at Job Interviews is a professional development presentation designed to guide aspiring educators through each stage of the job search and interview process. Presented by Molloy alumnae Alexis DiGiuseppe ’23 and Delaney Shank ’23, current middle school teachers, the session provides practical, experience-based strategies for navigating today’s competitive hiring landscape. Overall, the presentation equips future educators with the tools, confidence, and strategic insight needed to successfully find, secure, and excel in teaching interviews.
