Biography

My name is Christina Labita. I am a Special Education Teacher at Merrick Avenue Middle school. I am currently teaching 7th and 8th grade self-contained Math. I also have experience teaching General Education Math and ICT Math and Science. I have always been interested in Math and that sparked my interest in becoming a teacher, later leading me into Special Education. As a Special Education teacher, I use my interest and expertise in math to reach students with disabilities to have success in math.
