Abstract
This article explains the journey of the Division of Education in melding the Dominican mission of Molloy College with the goals of preparing teachers for public and nonpublic school careers. Our challenge was to interpret our faith-based values so that they were lived out in the details of our program, while at the same time establishing institutional standards that are aligned with New York State and the United States national standards of teacher education.
