Alcohol Tincture Bottle (G-1)
Elixir no. 136, Five Bromides. This mixture contains 120 grains of the combined bromides of Potassium, Sodium, Ammonium, Calcium, and Lithium and was approved by the Pure Food and Drug Act of 1906; this was produced by Parke, Davis & Company based out of Detroit, Michigan.
