This is a two-sided document with one side featuring information on Thanaka and the other side providing a recipe for Ginger and Tea Leaves salad also known as Rv Katha Pandaw. The Thanaka side is entitled "What means... Thanaka?" does not seem to indicate an author. While the ginger and tea leave salad recipe side has the emblem for Pandaw River Adventuress, indicating a potential producer for this recipe.
