Description
These are two one dose bottles of Naloxone HCL which were intended to be used in the event of an opioid overdose in order to prevent death. Each bottle contains 0.4 mg/ml of Naloxone HCL and were produced by Hospira, Inc., located in Lake Forest Illinois. Both bottle doses expired on April 1, 2017. These bottles are both parts of the Overdose Prevention Kit.
