This is the packaging for the Smallpox Vaccine V-1 produced by the Eli Lilly and Company, located in Indianapolis, Indiana. The package is a wooden tube with a glued label and opens in the middle. The top of the tube is dated Jan 12, 1954, and the bottom of the tube has the number 22 printed on it.
