Description
These are reproductions of the first ever original Ivory Soap wrapper. They were produced by Procter & Gamble in 1979 to commemorate the 100 year anniversary of Ivory Soap. The first cake of Ivory Soap was sold in October 1879, with the slogan “It Floats”. Each of these soap bars has a net weight of 9oz, a price tag from a grocery marked at 37 cents, and was produced in Cincinnati, Ohio 45202.
