Description
This is a United States Air Force Global Care Total Nursing Force coin. One side of the coin features a blue star with a white cross inside and three red stars inside the cross. Around the edge reads "United States Air Force Global Care Total Nursing Force." The flip side of the coin features a Jet plane (presumably the MD-80), as well as two air force nursing emblems. IT reads "Global nursing... Precision Care, Active, Guard, Reserve."
