This is a birthday card produced in the United States. The card folds in two and has a flap on the inside which contains a handwritten note.

The handwritten note reads "Hi Kid, I certainly hope you have a very nice birthday. Hoper and I are moving to Buffalo. I will write you from there. Jr is a swell baby. Sis and Hopper"
