Description

All three of these are U.S. Air Force flight Nurse Badges commonly known as "Wings." The two in the top row are made of metal and the one in the bottom row is embroidered with silver thread to a black backing cloth. These badges represent that the that the wearer has completed their aircrew training and is a registered nurse.
