Description
This is a box of Alka-Seltzer tablets, which originally contained 18 foil packages but now only has four one dose package. Each package contains two tablets that dissolve and fizz in water. Alka-Seltzer is used to treat upset stomach, acid indigestion, heartburn with headaches or body aches and other symptoms that may accompany a cold. According to the box the Alka-Seltzer was produced by Miles Laboratories, INC. located in Elkhart, Indiana. A Price tag from Genovese Pharmacy with the price $1.19 each is stuck to the box (unphotographed)
