This is a female U.S. Air Force uniform, which appears to be worn by a Frances Downing, as her name is sewn into the inside of the neck. The uniform is made from 100% polyester fabric. The shirt was produced by Micheal Barnie of New York, while the pants seem to be produced by Patriot Weintraub Bros. Company.
