This is a figurine of Nurse Snowheart a pony nurse from the television show My Little Pony. Nurse Snowheart is made from plastic and was sold as part of the ninth wave of mystery packs. These packs were sold in a blind bag, each included 1 pony figurine and a collectible card (not present in the collection).
