Description
This is memorabilia from Molloy College's 1964 Graduation Day. 1964 was the last class to feature nursing graduates as the program was discontinued after 1964. The nursing program returned a few years later and was accredited by the National League for Nursing (NLN) May 1969. Included in this Memorabilia are two photographs of the graduates. One in which they are wearing there pink and white School of Nursing uniforms. The other image features Mother Celeste and the graduates in their cap and gowns. This memorabilia also features a newspaper article from Newsday June 4th, 1964, in which the graduates are featured and the discontinuing of the nursing program is mentioned.
