Description
Take full advantage of the January break this year and embrace winter. Come on the Global Learning program to Northern Italy and Switzerland. Visit Milan : the Cathedral, the art and hopefully even DiVinci’s The Last Supper. A full day excursion to Lake Como includes a gondola ride to Mt. Brunate where the Alps will surround you on all sides. Part of the excitement is the trip from Milan to Chur aboard the famous Bernina Express - a World Heritage glass topped railway that cuts through the Alps. The last 3 nights in Lucerne include culture, art, a cable car to Mt. Titlus and a visit to one ( or two!) of the best chocolatiers and cheese makers in Switzerland. Last but not least is a tour of the Hölloch Cave system - the largest cave system in the world - with enough room to host our group for a traditional Swiss evening meal.
