Abstract
Professor John Eterno, associate dean and director of graduate studies in criminal justice, has served as a sworn officer with the New York City police department (NYPD) from 1983 to 2004 and retired as a captain. In this audio clip and article he speaks about a recent incident involving a police shooting and mentally ill woman.
