Abstract
Professor John Eterno is associate dean and director of graduate studies in criminal justice and former NYPD officer and captain, from 1983 to 2004. "While the numbers mean little in terms of long-term trends, it is a good sign that they are going in the right direction," John A. Eterno, a retired city police captain who is a professor at Molloy College in Rockville Centre, on Long Island."
