Abstract

Faculty must ensure that management education remains cutting edge and relevant to the needs of organizational leaders and to students’ academic and professional goals. This paper reports on a multi-phase research agenda that included in-depth interviews with the primary stakeholders of business education: (1) senior leaders/employers, (2) business faculty, and (3) MBA graduates who are now working professionals. The results report on potential benefits of integrating coaching skills, theories, and knowledge into management education.
