Abstract
This is an amendment to the Charter of Molloy Catholic College for Women, conferred by the University of the State of New York Education Department Board of Regents on February 26th, 1971. It authorizes the College to officially change its name to Molloy College. It also deletes the provision authorizing the College to establish at the Queen of the Rosary Novitiate an institutional branch known as "St. Albert Institutional Branch of Molloy Catholic College for Women."
