Abstract

This is the Provisional Charter of Molloy Catholic College for Women, granted by the University of the State of New York Education Department Board of Regents on January 28th, 1955. It confers a provisional charter for a 5 year term until the charter becomes absolute after which the College will be authorized to confer degrees.
