Description
This is a set of two first day of issue Aids Awareness Red Ribbon US postage stamps released on December 1, 1993. Both envelopes have the 29 cent Red Ribbon stamp, the First Day of Issue stamp, and a date stamp indicated that the stamp was issued in New York, NY, 10199. One envelope features the official First Day of Issue image on the left by ArtCraft. A notice card was found inside the envelope without the image and informs the reader that the United States Postal Service will no longer affix stamps to envelopes provided by the customers for first day cancellation.
