Description
These are papers that were found inside the collections Portable Oxygen Kit. These papers consist of an emergency oxygen equipped waterslide decal (which has been damaged), a note card with the address and phone number of presumably a location to refill the Mada oxygen tank (dated January 23, 1976), The bottom half of Mada's warranty for the portable oxygen Kit (dated November 22, 1975) and Mada Medical Products Inc.'s instructions for use of the Mada oxygen kit.
