This is a Star Trek Nurse Christine Chapel 9" action figure doll produced by Playmates Toys, Inc. It was sold exclusively at Target stores as part of a collectors series edition and is No. 004983. Christine Chapel served as nurse upon the U.S.S. Enterprise N.C.C. - 1701 and was portrayed by Majel Barrett-Roddenberry wife of Gene Roddenberry the creator of Star Trek.
