Row 1:
Sergeant First Class (US Army only), First Lieutenant (or US Navy: Lieutenant junior grade), Captain (or US Navy: Lieutenant)
Rows 2- 4: Left side only:
These represent the rank of Major in both the US Army and Air Force; however, in the US Navy, they represent the rank of Lieutenant Commander.
Rows 2-3: Right side only:
These represent the rank of Captain in the US Army and Air Force; however, in the US Navy, they represent the rank of Lieutenant.
