Description

This is a red cross volunteer uniform. The apron/ skirt is made from a light blue cotton fabric was produced by the company Hoover which was based out of New York. The patch on the left sleeve reads "American Red Cross Volunteer." The shirt is made from a white fabric and was produced by Marlou School Uniforms Company (not photographed). The hat matches the apron/skit and has a red cross patch sewn to the front. Shirt, patch, and apron/skirt might have been combined at a later date.
