This is a Civil War Nurse Barbie Doll produced by Mattel Inc. located in El Segundo, California. This Barbie doll was part of the American Stories Collection, collector’s edition. It includes a pocket-book entitled Helpful Heart in which it describes Barbie’s experience helping the wounded soldiers at the battle of Gettysburg.
