Description
This is a Baumanometer: an instrument used to take blood pressure. It was created in Copiague, New York by W.A. Baum Co. Inc. The device still contains mercury but the rubber in the pump and hose has begun to degrade. The device is marked as a 300 model and the inflatable cuff is labeled as a calibrated V-Lok cuff. The top of the plastic housing is labeled "NSG Lab" in black marker and the letters "VAH" is written in green marker on the left side of the box.
