Description
Global Learning program to Northern Italy and Swtizerland: January 7-15 2017. Visit Milan: the Cathedral, the art and hopefully even DiVinci's The Last Supper. A full day excursion to Lake Como includes a gondola ride to Mt. Brunate where the Alps will surround you on all sides. Part of the excitement is the trip from Milan to Chur aboard the famous Bernina Express - a World Heritage glass topped railway that cuts through the Alps. The last 3 night in Lucerne include culture, art, a cable car to Mt. Titlus and a visit to one of the best chocolatiers and cheese makers in Switzerland. Last but not least is a tour of the Holloch Cave system - the largest cave system in the world - with enough room to host our group for a traditional Swiss evening meal.
